SUPERVISORJi Eun Park has over 13 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy.
Throughout her career, Ji Eun has worked with children across all developmental stages, from infancy through school age. Her expertise extends beyond the classroom to include educational research, educator mentoring, curriculum development, and program leadership.
Passionate about supporting both children and educators, Ji Eun is committed to implementing high-quality, child-centered learning experiences that promote curiosity, independence, and lifelong learning.
Ms. Sophia
DIRECTORSophia is the Founder and Director of Brightway Montessori Academy, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare management and a lifelong connection to Montessori education. Raised in a Montessori family, she grew up immersed in the philosophy through her mother's schools and later pursued her own Montessori diploma.
Becoming a mother inspired Sophia to bring her vision of Brightway to life - a thoughtfully designed, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to flourish. Her background in leadership, combined with her perspective as both a Montessori educator and a parent, shapes her commitment to creating an exceptional experience for children, families, and educators alike.
Sophia believes that every decision should begin with the child's best interest and that a truly great school is built on trust, meaningful relationships, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

Ms. Angela
RECE HEAD TEACHER
Ms. Angela is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over 15 years of experience in education and childcare in Canada and South Korea. She has a strong passion for working with infants and young children and creating warm, respectful, and engaging learning environments.
She is drawn to the Montessori approach for its focus on independence, hands-on learning, and respect for each child’s individual pace. She enjoys observing children’s interests and creating meaningful opportunities for them to explore, develop new skills, and build confidence.
She believes every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported as they discover the world around them.

Ms. Niki
TEACHER ASSISTANTMs. Niki holds a Master’s degree in Children’s Book Illustration and has spent 13 years inspiring children through art.
As a child, she was always asking, “What happens if…?” Her curiosity led to wonderful discoveries—and occasionally a little mischief. Her parents encouraged her to explore, create, get messy, make mistakes, and discover the world in her own way. Their backyard became her first classroom. Years later, she realized that the freedom, trust, and respect she experienced growing up reflected the core values of Montessori, inspiring her journey in Montessori education.
Having worked with children from Infant through Casa, Mrs. Nik believes art gives every child the freedom to express what lives in their heart and mind. She sees children as some of our greatest teachers, reminding us that the world becomes kinder and brighter when we see it through their eyes.
Outside the classroom, she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking Persian food, and befriending any cat she meets.

With over 8 years of experience in childcare, she is committed to fostering each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through meaningful and fun learning experiences.
With a warm and patient approach, Sarah values building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. She believes that every child is unique and deserves opportunities to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace while feeling supported and valued.
As a lifelong learner, Sarah continually seeks opportunities for professional growth to enhance her teaching practice and stay informed about current early childhood education principles. She takes pride in contributing to a collaborative team and creating positive experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Ms. Madhu
MONTESSORI ASSISTANT - TODDLER 3Ms. Madhubala is a Montessori Assistant at Brightway Montessori Academy. She holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and brings experience in both daycare and school environments. Her background has shaped her thoughtful approach to supporting children as they learn, build relationships, and grow in confidence.
In the classroom, Ms. Madhubala helps create a safe, welcoming space where children feel comfortable exploring and participating. She supports daily routines, guides children through social interactions, and responds to each child with patience and compassion. Through attentive supervision and clear communication, she works closely with the classroom team to help children develop independence while feeling valued, supported, and respected.
Ms. Sunny
RECE - TODDLER 3Ms. Sunny studied Philosophy and earned a master’s degree in Ethics Education in South Korea. She spent many years teaching children to think critically, ask meaningful questions, and observe the world with curiosity. Those experiences shaped her belief that children learn best when their ideas are heard and their natural curiosity is encouraged.
After moving to Canada, Ms. Sunny discovered that the Montessori philosophy closely reflected her own educational values. She went on to study Early Childhood Education and gained experience working in Montessori schools, where she developed a deeper appreciation for observing each child and supporting their learning at their own pace.
Ms. Sunny believes every child has unique potential and enjoys creating a warm, respectful environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow.

MONTESSORI TEACHER - CASA 1Taraneh Parvani was born and raised in Iran, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law. Although her academic background is in law, she has always enjoyed working with children and finds great fulfillment in supporting their learning and development.
After immigrating to Canada two years ago, Taraneh was introduced to the Montessori philosophy and educational approach. She was inspired by its emphasis on nurturing each child’s natural curiosity, independence, confidence, and overall development.
Taraneh feels fortunate to be pursuing a career that reflects both her passion and her strengths. She is committed to continually developing her skills and becoming the best educator she can be. She looks forward to contributing to a warm, nurturing, and positive environment where every child can grow with confidence and joy.
Ms. Saeideh
CENTRE CARE & SUPPORT COORDINATORMs. Saeideh moved to Canada three years ago and has enjoyed building a new life while pursuing her passions. She studied Graphic Design, and her love for creativity can be seen in her interest in art, baking and cooking.
Sports have always been an important part of her life, especially swimming. As a former member of her country’s national swimming team, she dedicated most of her passion into teaching and guiding others to enjoy swimming as much as she does.
Outside of work, Ms. Saeideh enjoys exploring creative hobbies, staying active, and discovering great food. She loves trying different cuisines, cooking, and sharing meals with family and friends.
